Stenton

An impressive early Georgian brick house with a kitchen wing and barn located on a three-acre site in Germantown, Stenton was the plantation home of William Penn's secretary, James Logan. Designed and built by Logan between 1723 and 1730, the house is handsomely furnished with many Philadelphia-made Logan family pieces belonging to the first three generations who lived there.
